Antonelli Law has represented more than 1500 clients dealing with copyright trolls and satellite piracy trolls. We have gained a great deal of insight into what works, and what doesn't. We have no desire to have you spin your wheels with legal work that does not advance your defense and only racks up lawyer fees. And, because of the nature of federal lawsuits, our numerous court admissions and local counsel affiliations, we can effectively represent you in your copyright infringement defense no matter which state you live - and no more expensively than a local attorney.

For immediate advice and a free initial consultation call attorney Jeffrey Antonelli at 312-201-8310 or fill out our simple contact page or email us to request a call back at a time that is convenient for you. We understand the shock you may be feeling from receiving a notice of this action, and have the experience to help you deal with this in the best way possible for you. Attorney referrals accepted.

Our Legal Services

We offer a reasonable Flat Fee for helping you settle and remain anonymous in many cases; and reasonable fees for motions to quash and for defending you if you are named as a defendant in a copyright infringement lawsuit. We gladly accept referrals from other attorneys and accept clients for Illinois, Indiana, Colorado, Maryland, Michigan, Wisconsin, Washington. D.C., Ohio, New Jersey, New York, Florida, and other states' federal courts on pro hac vice application around the country.

Antonelli Law Ltd. provides advice based on years of solid litigation experience representing consumers and businesses and concentrates in representing people accused of BitTorrent copyright infringement. You need serious legal advice for your copyright troll defense - not from a firm who can only try to negotiate a settlement but has little or no actual litigation experience.
We're no johnny-come-lately to tech law (link) and our last complex trial involved computer firewalls, sophisticated commercial networks, and a Microsoft certified expert.  We have the credentials to back up our advice and settlement postures, and the other side knows it.

A recent 2014 Client Letter

A client recently retained us to handle their legal representation against a notorious copyright troll.  After the matter was resolved, she wrote to us with feedback about her experience with Antonelli Law attorney Melissa Brabender. She gave us permission to publish it:

"As you know from our conversations, this experience has been very difficult for us. We were afraid, filled with anguish and it will take some time to recover from the financial burden it has caused out family. In the midst of all of this, you were always available to answer questions and make us feel we had someone looking out for us. Your expertise and guidance made the process as painless, as possible, under the circumstances. We will always be grateful to you."
